Specifications
1. Suitable media: Water, oil.
2. Nominal diameter: DN15-DN600(1/2"-24").
3. Working temperature: -20 to 200 centigrade.
4. Tightness check: API 598/ISO 5208/EN12226-1.
5. Flange: DIN2501/EN1092-2 PN10/16/25 or ANSI B16.10; Thread: NPT/BSP/BSPT
6. Standard: DIN3202 F1, ANSI CLASS 125, BS4504 PN16.
7. Face-to-face conform to DIN3352/DIN3202 F1(ISO5752)/EN558-1. BS2080.
8. Working pressure: PN10/PN16/PN25 or 10Bar/16Bar/25Bar or class 125lbs-150lbs.
9. Body coating: Fusion bonded epoxy coating or bitumen coating at customers' request.
Main parts materials
1) Screen: Stainless Steel SS304/SS201.
2) Bolt and Plug: Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel.
3) Gasket: NBR/EPDM/Synthetic Fiber ( Asbestos Free).
4) Body and Cover: Cast iron/ductile iron/CI/DI/GG25/GGG40/GGG50/HT200/QT450/WCB/cast steel.
